Doroth\u00e9e Lintner<\/h2>\n
\n

Managing director.<\/strong>\u00a0\r\n
\r\n\r\nDoroth\u00e9e Lintner is an associate professor and holds a doctorate in French literature. She has devoted her entire professional career to teaching and transmission.\r\n
\r\nFirst at the University, where she taught French language and literature at the Sorbonne and in various foreign universities (Oxford, Saint-Joseph in Lebanon…). Then, while continuing her teaching, she shifted to Human Resources and the training sector by joining the ENGIE Group’s Internal University in 2011. As Programme Manager, Pedagogical Director and then Training Director, Doroth\u00e9e expanded the digitisation of training to facilitate access to the 160,000 internal employees spread across 70 countries, and created new engaging formats to strengthen the learning culture in this leading energy transition organisation.\r\n
\r\nIn 2020, her experience in Lebanon, hit by multiple crises, led her to take action, with her skills: in 2021 she fulfilled this commitment by joining Bioforce, in order to create optimal learning conditions for those who are helping the most vulnerable.\r\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Bertrand Quinet<\/h2>\n
\n

Head of Bioforce Regional Training Centre for Europe.<\/strong>\u00a0\r\n
\r\nA Bioforce alumni and a graduate in Local Development from the French International Local Development Research Centre, Bertrand has 10 years’ professional experience in the humanitarian field. He worked with the NGO Handicap International as a logistics expert, administrator, project coordinator and programme director, at the head office and in the field.
\r\nAt Bioforce, Bertrand oversees the Regional Training Centre for Europe’s training coherence and quality issues, implementation and development of all the training courses, certifications and accreditation of prior learning, and manages the Centre’s team (training programme coordinators and administrative officers).<\/p>\n <\/div>\n Teaching team<\/a>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Yann Dutertre<\/h2>\n
\n

Head of Bioforce Regional Training Centre for Africa.<\/strong>\u00a0\r\n
\r\n\r\nTrained as a microbiologist (University of Uppsala, Sweden), Yann left applied research to become a humanitarian project coordinator in 1996. He then led and opened numerous missions as Head of Mission for international humanitarian NGOs (Action contre la Faim, Danish Refugee Council, M\u00e9decins sans Fronti\u00e8res…), notably in Senegal, Mali, Burkina Faso, CAR, Ivory Coast or Ethiopia, and in other West and Central African countries. He has also participated in the creation of NGOs such as in Mali, and was co-founder and president of a medical association in Burkina Faso. \r\n
Since 2020, Yann-Yves is dedicating his considerable experience at the service of a new challenge: the management and development of the Bioforce Regional Centre for Africa in Dakar.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n Teaching team<\/a>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Marie Perroudon<\/h2>\n
\n

Head of communications and fundraising.<\/strong>\u00a0\r\n
\r\nA graduate of the National Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilisations, in Georgian and Hebrew, Marie spent a year in Georgia where she worked with various NGOs. With a Master’s in Information and Communications in hand, along with experience working for a number of NGOs, she joined Bioforce in 1999 to implement our events. before becoming Head of Communications and Fundraising.
\r\nThe Communications team defines and implements all our internal and external communication actions and material, and is in charge of press relations and fundraising.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Marianne Le Floch<\/h2>\n
\n

Head of finance and administration.<\/strong>\u00a0\r\n
\r\nA graduate of Tours Business School, Marianne worked with the industry sector as Cost Controller and International Treasurer for 8 years. She then engaged in the field with UK NGOs, Cord UK and Save the Children, in Tanzania, Chad and Mozambique as Head of Programme Support (HR, Finance and Logistics). Back in Europe, she joined the Brussels office of the Danish NGO Mission East, as Head of Finance and then Director of Finance and Human Resources.\r\n
In Bioforce since 2018, Marianne supports the managing direction in its strategic decisions, ensuring the development and management of the administrative and financial policy of the institute.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Sylvia Paire<\/h2>\n
\n

Head of human resources.<\/strong>\u00a0\r\n
\r\nA field saleswoman for 8 years, Sylvia began a new professional life in human resources after training in 2005. She then moved on to different HR positions, mainly in the transport sector (Geodis, DHL, Mory Group, etc.). Her last mission led her to the position of HR Director within a group of 250 people. \r\n
At Bioforce, Sylvia supports both the Executive Team in its development challenges and all employees in their professional development within the organisation.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n\n\n
